Let's try to answer your questions and clarify the departures in this period:
I want to travel abroad. Do I have to quarantine in the country of arrival?
No. Most European countries have eliminated mandatory quarantine.
What if there is a quarantine in my surprise destination?
Toratora selects only the safest destinations and where quarantine is NOT required.
Do I have to swab to travel?
No. On both outward and return journeys, one of the COVID-19 certificates proving vaccination or recovery or the negative result of a molecular or antigenic test is sufficient. If a swab is compulsory, you will be promptly notified by e-mail by our customer service.
I got the vaccine. Do I have to do the swab anyway?
No, the covid pass from vaccination or recovery from illness is sufficient. If you have any doubts, please contact our customer service.
What happens if the swab is positive before departure?
If before departure the swab is positive and Covid contracts, it will not be possible to leave. We also remind you that positivity to Covid isn't covered by the insurance of € 24 per person. This insurance covers only in the case the trip is canceled due to closure of borders, or the flights are canceled. In the latter cases you will be able to ask for a refund if you have purchased insurance.
Do I have to get the Green Pass to travel?
Being vaccinated with one or two doses within 14 days of departure, or healed from Covid-19;
or with a molecular swab for less than 72 hours.
You need a certificate, both paper and digital, which certifies one of the three conditions. The situation is constantly mutating, and current regulations may undergo changes that are not our responsibility. It will be our pleasure to notify you in time of any changes to guarantee you a joyful and safe journey.
If the country's borders I have to travel to are closed due to Covid-related causes, will I lose my trip?
Nope. If the borders of a particular country are closed due to Covid issues, you will have access to change your travel dates at no additional cost.
Do you book the Covid test for the return?
No, we do not handle Covid re-entry test reservations because strictly personal information is requested at the time of booking. However, we can help you by recommending a few centers.
